La barre omnibus de détection intégrée HTD est un composant intelligent au sein du module de batterie qui permet d'intégrer la collecte de courant, l'échantillonnage de tension et l'acquisition de signaux de température. En intégrant des circuits imprimés flexibles (FPC), des conducteurs en cuivre/aluminium et des structures d'isolation, il remplace les faisceaux de câbles discrets traditionnels. Il assure des fonctions de jeu de barres à courant élevé tout en collectant simultanément les signaux de tension et de température des cellules en temps réel et en les transmettant au système de gestion de batterie (BMS). Il s’agit d’un élément clé pour améliorer l’intelligence, la précision de gestion et la sécurité de la batterie.
